Sat in the waiting area for about 45 minutes, when I noticed the pickup was gone from where I parked it. Rosie and decided to walk across the highway to waste some time (a WalMart), so I went back to the service area to make sure they had my phone number. The guy back there was just pulling the pickup in (from test drive to verify the problem) and he said, he was going to try and figure out the problem so we wouldn't have to wait around that long. Verified my phone number and we went off. We walked around for a while and then walked down to a fast food place to grab a quick sandwich. Then walked back to the dealership and as we walked in the service manager said, I just left you a message, we got you all fixed up and you're ready to head home. Somehow, the camera was out of calibration...he recalibrated it and that fixed it. We were on the road 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Small town dealership! |
