Subject: RE:Official "Bitch about gas prices" thread!!! by Gearheadotaku on 2008/2/26 12:56:15 Shopping for a new car now. 1990-2001 SOHC Saturn's get nearly 40mpg hi-way with the 5 speed. Built in the USA! :thumbright: Not the most exciting thing to drive, but thats what the vettes for on the weekends. Just paid $45 to fill up my 4-cylinder Grand-Am. It gets 24 in town, 32 hi-way. At 20,000 plus miles a year I need better. (Or more money) In high school, 20 bucks would fill my truck and buy a road trips worth of snacks... |
