When I did mine I noticed that I had a little rubbing at first. I installed used calipers though, and I think they just needed a few miles to get worked in and get the pistons/seals going. Are you sure it's the anti-rattle clip? If so I've got some extra ones (they are used, though) that I could send you to swap out. I also put a little dab of slide lube on them to keep them in place. Just a few ideas.
