The writing was on the wall for this economy over 20 years ago when it became a service economy. We're paying the price too for not heeding the warnings of the 70's about a looming gasoline shortage and our dependence on foreign oil. You can ignore your problems but it doesn't make them go away. We have a soft economy today and I think it represents the general condition of the American people. They're too freakin soft. (That includes me). No more talk. It's time to roll up our sleeves, put away the rule books amd start getting something accomplished. |
