The guy's name I talked with at HP service was Jalehandro. Wierd name for someone who spoke Hindi to the person sitting next to him. When I placed to order to ship my computer back, the lady taking the info could barely speak English. Her name was Marie. (Eventually got a new MoBo and hard drive) Warranties are wonderful. Here's the topper. Called Dell service when my son bugged up his brand new computer; Could've been the same people I talked with. Matthew George was this dude's name. Sent me an e-mail for follow-up, The whole name is Boney Maythew George. Where do they dig up the names. |
