Good morning CGs!

How is everyone's day so far? Got up, changed the little pooper and put her back down to nap, so I've got some time. Made a healthy little breakfast - egg white omelet with some fruit. Nice.

Chris - that's the slippery slope, my friend! I understand you're busy, but try to work in 20 minutes for a short power walk or something - you'll feel better all around. I hate missing workouts because it always seems like once you skip one, the next one is easier to skip, yada yada... In fact, I'm about to head downstairs to polish the guns in a minute :thumbleft:
