I actually ate something, and hydrated BEFORE my walk. Got 4.6 miles before I got a little dehydrated. Wasn't tired though. In fact I felt REALLY good! Hyper, even. Like I wanted to punch somebody. A little scary! Have a festive and reasonably safe holiday! |
