I won't do electrical (plus here you have to run conduit and some other things) and I am not a plumber, although I can do basic sweating, etc.
Right now the basement is where I have my weights, pool table, and storage. It's not a necessity to be finished, so one of these days we'll get it done

Cool. Yeah I hate dry wall sanding too. Last time I had to do it I hired someone.
