I bought my 2000 Silverado, 2wd with 64k on it. The 64k miles were all towing an 8,500 lb. travel trailer. The origional owner gave me all the receipts, never been in a shop.
It's now at 125k (mostly towing). Total parts replaced - one front wheel bearing - $125
I'm satisfied.
