Subject: Friday Chat 12.05.08 by Matatk on 2008/12/5 13:27:14 Good Morning CGs! Hey everybody, thanks to all who participated in Trivia last night! It got off to a rough start (lack of participants) but picked up and we had a good time. Check out the thread when you get a chance. Well, I'm still tired but I forced myself to get up. I couldn't sleep last night so I was up until around midnight. Problem is that I need to get up tomorrow at 5:30, so I know I won't be able to sleep tonight if I didn't get up now. It's a vicious cycle. Baby should sleep until about 9:00, though, so, I've got a few minutes to relax. My back is pretty tight today after yesterday's killer workout. Combination of the squats and stiff-legged deadlifts did it. This afternoon's workout should loosen everything up. What's everyone else doing today/this weekend? Hope everyone has a great day!
