Subject: Re: Lets talk GUNS by JrRifleCoach on 2008/12/27 7:10:26 Pick a caliber that suits your requirements. Keep in mind the costs of ammo for practice. All around the .40 is nice compromise. Find a range that rents and tryout a few of the models in your caliber. Balance, feel, easy to get on target quickly is what the testing should prove. I like to pickup the gun off the bench, point and start shooting at the target. The gun that has the best fit to point and hit target is my choice. For me it was the Glock 19 .40 SW. Also consider carry weight and bulk (concealment) Good luck shooping. |
