Wikipedia...... search Army Commendation Medal; The Commendation Medal is a mid-level United States military award which is presented for sustained acts of heroism or meritorious service. So since his records do not reflect a tour to the republic of VN, and only two years served means he was an Army Reservist or a National Guardsman, we can surmise he was an awful good ass kisser.
