Not to worry, them suckers are long dead but the prior owner covered up the damage with plywood. The floor in the bathroom is very unstable but I can still walk on it. I have a crawl space under the house but I should not need it. Once I am down to the joists I am going to access the damage, make repairs and refloor. The studs are too easy to replace so I aint worried about them. |
