Photo ticketing was deemed illegal here because it was considered unconstitutional because the people that ran the cameras got most of the revenue so the city/state did not get a large cut so thats why they are no longer used. I dunno. It's just a big scam but I wouldn't run a red light. My father did get a speeding ticket though by a camera 4 years ago? Maybe a little longer. 52 in a 45. I don't speed much. Only 5 over. Just thought it was interesting to see what that thing did. |
