Thanks for the suggestion. I actually had mine go bad about 3 months ago. The PO/builder used the wrong size valve and the contortion and twisting over the years tore the rubber and sprayed the stuff all over the floor. I was able to fix it without too much trouble, but a PIA nonetheless.

Plumber was here today and got started on the vent pipes and running the copper. We'll finish it up on Friday.

I'll get some drywall put up today.
