Subject: Re: Ebay fake ZR1 by bogus on 2009/3/1 23:56:17 I don't mind the wheels... they don't have ZR1 inscribed on them, and to add insult to injury, the a-molds were made for the ZR1 and the GS and the CE's... And I disagree... not "anyone" can tell the difference. That's what bothers me the most. Sure, we can. We know the brakelight is on the roof, the wider bodywork... But not everyone knows that. And many are just too damned proud admit they DON'T know. I call these the "cruise-in know-it-alls." Mention a Corvette, and they know someone who had one, making them instant experts... they also know about the rare metal bodied ones... or any number of urban legends. Many have heard about ZR1... they just don't know what it means. |
