It's a universal thing. If the government runs it, you can be pretty sure it sucks. The only reason the military works is because they have dedicated, idealists who agree to become indentured slaves. And they overwhelm problems with big money. If the military were run like other government entities, they wouldn't be able to defend Fort Knox from a group of angry kindergardeners. One thing is for sure. GM will no longer make what consumers want, GM will tell consumers what they want. |
