Finally a break in the weather and I have Corvette Club Meeting tonight after work. I met a new CorvetteGuru for us perhaps this morning at 7-11 Since I drove the Vette to work today, when I stopped at 7-11 this morning a guy came up to me and started asking a bunch of questions about my car. Then he told me that he had just picked up an 84 Crossfire for cheap and was going to fix it up. I told him about my club and this website. I also dropped CFI-EFI's screen name as a great source for anything Crossfire related. He is very excited to own his first Corvette. He sold an '87 IROC and bought the Vette. I hope he got a good value in the trade. Another point about the domain name change for Corvetteguru, is that on occasion like this meeting this morning I didn't have to go into detail about the hyphen in the name. I just told him to go to corvetteguru.com, this will be a great help for sending people here when out and about. |
