Subject: Saturday Chat 09.19.09 by Matatk on 2009/9/19 11:43:15 Good Morning CGs! Happy weekend to everyone. I got to sleep in for an extra snooze cycle this morning since there's less traffic heading into work. Nice. Last night was my "easy/variety" day for my workout so I got in a short little freestyle KB workout that was fun. After that I took the baby to the corner park and she was on the swings and the slide for about 35 minutes. She sure enjoyed herself. Then my wife picked up some dinner and we chowed down. Not a bad evening overall. Tonight after work I'm gonna hit the KBs and then help my buddy install a winch in his trailer. Hope everyone has a great day! Matthew |
