19 lb injectors are correct for a camaro 305. The early corvette L98 (85 and 86?) had 24 lb injectors with a lower fuel system psi, then it switched to 22 lb at 43.5 psi.

You say the motor is all new and it sounds like valve train noise? If that's the case, have you adjusted the valves to make sure that's not the problem? The injectors seem to ohm in spec, but that doesn't necessarily mean they are good. They could still be leaking or clogged, which may be indicated by poor starting when hot or cold. Also, what has been done to the motor since it's all new? Is there an upgraded cam and valvetrain?
