We have a local company that shuttles passengers to and from the airport four times a day. They've been around for 15 yrs. I sat up front with the driver last month. The Ford 3/4 ton passenger van we were in had over 600,000km (about 400,000 miles) on the odo with the original motor(gas) and tranny. He says they can usually get almost one million kms. (660,000 miles) on their vans before retiring them. He said the company is very good at maintaining the vans. He said they always use semi-synthetic engine oil. I forgot to ask what brand. |
