Tommy I think you hit the nail on the head again. I had a lot of things nagging at the back of my head about this purchase... I must sound like a fickle high school kid!! LOL Anyhow, it just didn't feel right. After talking to my wife last night (she didn't say no by the way) and then I went over and had breakfast with my parents. Those few conversations got me to thinking about what it was that I really wanted to do. I need to finish this other car and stop think immediate gratification. So... I walked away from a pretty good deal today, but I'm afraid it just wasn't exactly what I wanted and on top of that I'd have a payment which would make it harder to finish the C4. So... I'm back in the garage now.. more determined than ever. "Why don't you hand me a wrench?" 15mm for the torque converter bolts... sonofabitch... how do I turn this flywheel easily? |
