Congrats on 237K - that's outstanding!

I still got some adjusting to do and cleaning as well, DO NOT do this with a clean car and think you're gonna keep it that way
It also made me realize how much paint touching up all my trim needs.

I've still got some adjusting to do here, corners still aren't in quite the right place but they're ok for the moment, but removing and reinstalling this piece is easy

Ok, when I took my old piece out from the hatch area, there's a hard trim piece on there that didn't come out. So, when I went to put in the new piece I got a little confused till I figured out what happened. Here are some pics of that moment.
This is the piece that was attached to the old weatherstripping that didn't come off, I didn't realize this was the rest of what should've came out

This is one that shows how that hard trim piece that's attached to the new weatherstripping actually fits in there where the old one in the above pic came out.

This is the halo bar being cleaned off, and that can of stuff up there helps alot!

Before I forget, there's a few of these little plugs in there, remove and keep them for reinstall

It got dark, didn't get the doors done, but they are fairly ok so far, but do plan to do them sometime. Removing the old stripping was a bit of a pain in the ass on the halo and windshield part, especially the halo. But, that can of stiky stuff remover works wonders. Pull off what you can, spray tons of that in there and wait about 5 minutes and it scrapes off easily

Reinstalling was not hard at all, but make sure when you are installing the pieces to find the centers and work out from there. The hatch piece is actually a little bigger than the GM piece to relieve the stress on the glued corners, but it didn't keep me from pulling on mine and getting a hole in one side so, gotta fix that. And, I had those little drain tubes in the corners and had them in the wrong place so I plan to fix all that also. There's still some adjustments to make but I'm kinda proud of me and my little pink tool set
