Headers will come off to install motor. Trans in under the car. Will put in after engine install. This is the second time I have pulled the motor. Not that big a deal. I had to pull the trans because T/O bearing came apart after only 6k miles and I thought what the hell. Motor came out. Wife is still trying to figure out why a T/O bearing would cause damage to all these new parts when the motor was basically new.
Am looking forward to getting it running.
Nice looking motor! Do you have any power goals in mind?
My good buddy has that ZZ409/miniram in his 350 (6spd), and it performs rather well up top, but it's a dog down low because of the bigger fastburn heads. But I guess that's what generally happens when you put a 210cc head on a 350. But you won't have that issue with the 180's. Good choice!
Are you sure those 24's will be enough? What rpm are u looking to spin it 2?
