I would like to try this. How is it secured to the inside of the panel ?

I cut a single piece, folded it so that it would fit inside the panel openings nice and tight. Then, I used gorilla glue along the edge that is in contact with the inside of the panel, and it's in there nice and tight.
As Bogus stated, nothing passes through there but air, and I don't think the inserts would decrease the air flow that much anyway.
The lights are secured by double sided tape. All together, material costs were less than 10 bucks! My kinda project!
