The ones mounted to the passenger seat are a joke. You have to unbuckle yourself and then start reaching over the console to the UNSTRAP THE EXTINGUISHER, and then be prepared to use it. Most people do not have the thought process to handle that, and at certain times it can be unsafe. Same goes for mounting it on the harness bar behind you.

Having a dedicated system with a push/pull switch on the dash is the easiest and quickest to operate.
