To make matters worse, I sometimes spend hours per week answering them anyway, and more times than not, no thank you or follow up to let me know if I helped them.
Moral of the story:
The internet makes things so easy, people are too lazy to do the actual searching.

Anyhow, search is a handy tool to those that wish to learn.
