I was always interested in the performance but you can get that in a Rambler if you spend enough money. I do enjoy the thumbs up and the smiles and waves as I am cruising low on a warm summer night. I think everyone does. I have always enjoyed having something cool to drive and go fast in and I want to hang with others who like the same things. The owners I relate to are the blue collar types who have worked hard to get their cars and have worked hard on the cars because they did not have a lot of extra bucks. That's the Vette owners I enjoy being around and I can tell the other kind real fast. I enjoy talking to all types and like the fact that we all enjoy a great American car. |
