If I don't run one in Nebr and get pulled over likely I will get a fixit ticket depending on the mood of the officer. He has the right to ticket me if he wants. It is the law to run both plates. Even if I have it with me in the car makes no difference it has to be displayed. If I have Nebr plates and I go to Kansas and I get picked up for speeding and only have one plate I doubt the officer will give a hoot about that since he is going to write me up for 98 mph in a 65 mph zone.  Not that that has ever happened to me.........(what no warning ticket?) |
