When you ship with FEDEX or UPS to Canada, it will get hung up in customs. The time is indeterminable but it has been a sizeable delay based on advice from a FEDEX courier that I know. The way to ship there is with USPS due to the customs agreements between the US and Canada and the fact that insurance there will work and is trackable. Not the nominal tracking featured with USPS delivery confirmation though. 2. In terms of the unit, not just shipping itself, is it possible to find insurance on the unit? Questions that arise of course is that the Unit is not stationary so that could be an issue. 3. Is it possible to put together a list of phone numbers to facilitate diagnosis, confirmation of arrival, etc? Would that be feasible? 4. Would the unit be shipped back to Andy each time or would the unit be forwarded on to the next user if there is a demand? I'm sure I'll have more questions...  |
