[font=Tahoma:80af108b3c] [/font:80af108b3c] I actually very rarely hit my air dam from parking. All you have to do is use a reference point. In my case, I have found that relative to my seating position, when I am parking, if I look at my side view mirror and line up (through my line of sight) the curb or parking stone in the space next to me with the bottom of my mirror, I will be far enough foward without ever hitting the curb. I have had my Vette for 14 years and only replaced my air dam because o flying road debris shooting out from under another car and hitting it. But my air dam has always looked great. The only problem I have is occasionally steep driveways at shopping centeres when I have to make a left turn against traffic to enter the parking lot. If there is alot of on coming traffic, and i cant "ease" up the slope 'cause traffic is coming too fast, it will scrape a little..so the very bottom edge has little evidence of some scrapping, that's about it.
