Subject: Floor Jack/Did I screw up ? by Dads90 on 2008/2/9 22:18:52 Took everyones advice on floor jacks. Went to Northern Tool and they never heard of a Alcan XL35. They had a pretty good selection so I got the Torid red 3000 lbs jack. This thing acts like is struggling to lift the car. I have to put lots of weight on the handle to pump it up. Its all aluminum, its lite but is it heavy duty enough ? The wheels are now scuffed up and I'm considering taking it back. I'm hoping not to get any crap about it. The vette is 3800 lbs roughly, any advice. |
