I just measured mine. The I-beam is wider on the bottom than the top.

Length - 3.5"
Width, top - 1.5"
Width, bottom - 4"
Height - 3.5"

There is also a rubber pad on top, about 3/16" thick. And the bottom has a provision to screw in a peg (centered on the bottom) that fits in the hole in your jack.
