The noise from the rear could be a bearing, or could be a performance rear gear installed and not perfectly set up. I agree with the above on burping the coolant system. I start mine with the cap off and let it run, even if it spews out some antifreeze, till the thermostat opens. When it opens the level in the radiator drops out of site. Instantly when that happens you need to be adding antifreeze till it is full. Then wait till the thermo opens again and fill it again. After the second time put the cap on and you are done. Just watch the temp a little because if your thermostat would happen to stick while you are standing at the radiator waiting for it to open you will overheat the car. There are other ways of doing this but this is the method that works for me.
