Subject: Window Indexing and doors won't open? by skirlin on 2008/4/12 1:54:03 I had been reading that the door windows index down for the door to open and close when the door closes, is this true? It was also noted that the doors won't open if they don't go down, thus the passenger can not enter/exit the vehicle if this process doesn't happen? Also, there is a manual release for the doors? Isn't that the door handle? I haven't been in the newer one yet so I do not know. Maybe this is an issue with the new vette and not the C6?  This thread is simply my interest in a solution to an engineering challenge, and I used this section because there is not currently a C7 forum to inquire. Thanks. |
