But you have to know the mechanic. I bought my car after I had it checked out by Pete from Complete Corvette in Cleveland, Ohio. Sounds good right? He was recommended by someone on the brand X forum. Complete Corvette should change their name to Complete Hose Job. The car had a ton of issues I'd recognize now. Pete, however, told me it was a steal, a $10k car! Jerk.
You gotta be lucky AND good to get a good used car.
