Subject: Re: Why did you buy your C4? by Oaklands on 2008/6/1 3:38:48 Long time no talk to everyone. I've been on the road quite a bit lately. I am on my 2nd 88 vette. The first was an automatic and I decided I wanted the 4+3. It is a lot more fun to drive and performs much better. I have wanted a corvette since I was about 15 years old. I finally decided it was time. I grew around the C3's but liked the looks of the C4's even more. I have no regrets at all. The wife and I were out eating last night and when we left a gentleman was admiring my car. He owns a C6. He kept commenting on what great shape my car was in. I told him it had 39k on it when I bought it and I got it for 8k. He was amazed and complimented me on getting such a great deal. You can't beat the prices on a C4 and it gives you plenty of room to sink some money into it if you want without breaking you. |
