He writes me for 74 in a commercial vehicle. I told him "62 maybe 63 but no way 74 as the truck is governed at 65" He says "I writin' ya for 74 driver" Took it to court and beat it!!!! And this was the only ticket I ever fought 'cause I wasn't going that fast. I feel your pain CC. CHP just out there makin' money for the state IMO. |
