That's exactly why I ordered mine from Willcox - I figured if the OEM stuff rotted so easily, why would I want to buy it again?

BTW, somebody recommended Leslie's Pool & Spa Lube as a weatherstripping protectant, so I also bought a tube of that for around $6.
