Subject: SOP Experience of a Life Time! by Randyj75 on 2009/1/3 20:57:58 I had a very exciting experience today, I drove a friends '90 Corvette w/ a stroked SBC. The car was a absolute rocket ship, the acceleration is just unbelievable. There is nothing quite like coming down off ramp and flooring it! I was doing about 30 mph, and what seemed like a second later I was doing close to 90. I floored it from about 50, and the rear tires broke loose, and the car got a little sideways. What a monster  I could/would get myself in lots of trouble w/ a setup like this. I have driven/owned some fast cars in my day, but nothing like this.What a great day  |
