This is a no brainier! The C6 will hold its value more then that Camaro. As soon as you drive that new Camaro off the lot you lost more then the difference between it and the one or two year old Corvette. The new Camaro, as nice as it is, is the new thing, the flavor of the month. Sooner or later everyone and there cousin will have one and you'll just be one of them, not unlike the new Mustangs. Those damn things are everywhere. How often do you see a Corvette? Not as much as you see a new Mustang. That will be the Camaro in a few years. Not everyone has a Corvette and they will turn more heads in the long run.

Remember, too, much of the new Camaro price is ADM. Once the fans have bought there's, the price will drop anyway.

That ADM will not be reflected in used Camaro prices a year from now.

So that $48k SS on my local dealers lot is a crock... before they dicked with the price, it was $42k... think about it... rust proofing, dealer installed addons and ADM..

The value will drop faster than stocks did a year ago.

Very good point!
