Oh yeah they're serious...they're also just a bunch of pimply faced teenagers without a clue. Only one in that whole post seemed to know anything about cars

Like Johnny I don't anticipate having to park the Vette for long if at all during the winter months. I didn't have to last year (our first in GA) and only for a couple of weeks during the 6 years we had it in Italy.

If it does snow I probably won't have to go anywhere anyway...I'm sure everything will close down if there's any accumulation :D

I know that sound...I had it when the bearings were going out. It lasted for a couple of months before the headlights wouldn't open all of the way. It's not a hard job to do just time consuming.

Then if you're sure you were ripped off by them file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. You can do it online...then you'll also give others notice of their corrupt business practices.

Hi welcome to the board! They're not that hard to work on...as long as you're a contortionist! But the final result makes it worth it. Post some pics of your ride!

Another one for 141-150. I'm surprised that 4 others have been that fast. I can't imagine doing that on American roads. I was on the Autostrada everyone is running around 100mph and there are stretches where you can safely open it up.

I'm sure it would have went over 150...I just wasn't ready to!

If you're going to go through the trouble to take it off you might as well replace it with something with a warranty. Since you're no stranger to working on your Vette this is really a pretty simple job.

Brake lines don't have to be removed, basically it's just unbolting the master cylinder as a unit and then crawling under the dash to unbolt the booster. The left side is pretty easy the one on the right is a serious PITA. If you can find a snake extension that will make the job a lot easier. This is a great excuse to have a couple of buddies over to give you a hand...again it's a pretty straightforward job...but that one bolt we took turns on to get it off and on.

Hi Brad and welcome! I suspect that you might have a leak in the booster. I know now that mine had been leaking for some time. It's super easy to stop the Vette now. Do you hear any air hissing when you depress the brake pedal?

A redneck family from the hills was visiting the city and they were in a mall for the first time in their lives. The father and son were strolling around while the wife shopped. They were amazed by almost everything they saw, but especially by two shiny, silver walls that could move apart and then slide back together again.

The boy asked, "Paw, what's at?"

The father (never having seen an elevator) responded, "Son, I dunno. I ain't never seen anything like that in my entire life, I ain't got no idea'r what it is."

While the boy and his father were watching with amazement, a fat old lady in a wheel chair rolled up to the moving walls and pressed a button. The walls opened and the lady rolled between them into a small room. The walls closed and the boy and his father watched the small circular number above the walls light up sequentially.

They continued to watch until it reached the last number and then the numbers began to light in the reverse order.

Then the walls opened up again and a gorgeous, voluptuous 24 year-old blonde woman stepped out.

The father, not taking his eyes off the young woman, said quietly to his son, "Boy.....go git cha Momma............

It wasn't that one then..we travelled a lot over there but never from Barcelona to Paris. I can't remember where we crossed a bridge that was similar to the one in the pic. But was really, really high (might have been in Sicily)
