Nice...so are you close to driving it?

What's the plan for getting air across the oil cooler, some fans?

Just some minor things left, lengthening wires etc

There's a 1300cfm fan on it
I'll take a better pic later

Brian -- Very impressive! I thought about an oil cooler too, but I just don't know if I really plan on tracking this car or not. I know I will do some Autocross with my club, probably 6-10 events per season. But I sure like the set-up you have. Nice big cooler too! Are you putting a fan on the cooler?

Don, be reminded that power makes heat. I didn't have to worry about temps until I did my first rebuild. Blew it up the first time on track because I added 100 horse power and no cooling power.

I'm not saying you will need it, but be aware that you certainly might.

Looks impressive! Are you concerned about possible damage to the cooler due to road debris?

I put mine here, but I think that's where the cruise control bubble and AIR were.

Not bad, I'm reserving that area, and it's twin, in case I need and intercooler in the future.

Brian this is BV85. Where did you get those protective pieces to keep the heat off the floorboardes. They have a blue sticker on them. TIA

Update - had trouble keeping the oil cool in this location. I think it would be fine for the intercooler, but the extra power seems to need more flow. I put the cooler back in front of the radiator. I may buy a fancy expensive cooler and try here again, but it's working now so who knows...

Such a nice bracket going to waste.

The Corvette Racing C5R and C6.r use the rear license plate area for a cooler - but that's for the trans and diff assembly.

First thought, that's a lot of line to run for the oil... and 2nd, if you flush mount it, how will it get airflow?

Airflow restricted, only way to package it w/o cutting a hole in the bumper, but I got a large fan on it.

Heat is what kills FI engines, so getting all that heat out of the engine compartment seemed to be the way to go.
