Yesterday (Saturday), Ivelis and I headed down to the Simeone Museum for one of their demonstration days. This one was "England vs. Italy in the Battle for Le Mans". Dr. Simeone and his assistants drove a 1927 Bentley Speed Model a 1930 Bentley 4.5 L Supercharged, a 1933 Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 Le Mans, and a 1933 Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 Monza.

Sweet. Were you able to ride in any?
Dr Simeone is director of neurosurgery at Penn. His team operated on my late brother, Roy. He passed from brain cancer 9 years ago Thursday. |
