Bye,bye August.

Always busy lately. The nursery land is under contract pending financing. The business is being sold seperately but must close at the same time as the nursery land. It has been a major pain in the ass. 3 extensions and now a fourth (and final) extension. If they don't go to closing this time they can go f@(% a duck. This S#!+ gives me a Vulcan headache. Outside of that we are just staying the course on health concerns. Do whatever comes next.

North Florida is now the Florida of choice for the South Florida mainsteam. They speaka the English there. It's more American and plenty of good ol' boys and girls. Prices are more moderate as well. There are three temperate zones in Florida. North Florida is a bit more seasonal. They get some cold snaps up there come winter. We would move except for the menagerie of critters we have. Particularly the tortoises and Koi. Our cat is 15 years old. Not sure he would welcome a new yard. If I were to move I would like a large lot with barbed wire fence and No Hunting and No Trespassing signs far off the main road. Hopefully an hour or less from a casino.
