Some memorable Mercs.
'39-'40
'49-'51
'53 Pan-america road race Mercs.
mid-60's Cyclones, Marauders, S-55's
Cougars
Those slab sided woodgrained Colony Park wagons
like Dean Martin had in the Matt Helm movies.
My Chevy powered '50 Monterey coupe.

Agreed, but those old ones were badass! I heard on the radio this morning that they don't expect any job losses as a result, which is a good thing.

I bought a used '67 Cougar in '70. Dark green XR7 w/vinyl top and tan leather. It was a beaut.
2 mos. later I got drafted.
Dad got my money back from the used car dealer.

Mercury made some 100 series trucks up in Canada, similar to our Ford trucks. I think it's neat when I see those at shows.
