Rebuilt the distrubutor, it was rusty, the shaft was locked in, weights wouldn't move.

After cleaning: [IMG]http://i830.photobucket.com/albums/zz223/Billhet/IMGP0878.jpg[/IMG] Housing after cleaning: [IMG]http://i830.photobucket.com/albums/zz223/Billhet/IMGP0884.jpg[/IMG] The deap cavity around the bronze bushing gets filled with grease. [IMG]http://i830.photobucket.com/albums/zz223/Billhet/IMGP0886.jpg[/IMG] Clean parts: [IMG]http://i830.photobucket.com/albums/zz223/Billhet/IMGP0888.jpg[/IMG] Points cam was polished on a buffer to reduce point block wear: [IMG]http://i830.photobucket.com/albums/zz223/Billhet/IMGP0890.jpg[/IMG] Shaft/bushing play checked on both ends, less than .002 [IMG]http://i830.photobucket.com/albums/zz223/Billhet/IMGP0899.jpg[/IMG] [IMG]http://i830.photobucket.com/albums/zz223/Billhet/IMGP0907.jpg[/IMG] Bushing cavity filled with grease and cap installed: [IMG]http://i830.photobucket.com/albums/zz223/Billhet/IMGP0908.jpg[/IMG] Done, with correct metal band showing part number and build date.
