...for my '91 dealer promo vette. Not sure what the scale is, 1:25? Will buy or trade for the saw blades.

You know... Trea got me looking in my closet for some C4 models I have stuffed in there that have never been out of the boxes yet. I'm going to get some needed stress relief and buidl one of them somtime soon.

If I come across a set of good A-Molds I'll send them your way.

I've got about 40 model car kits that have never been opened. I'll check and see what I have as far as A molds.

Thanks guys, here's a better picture with some dimensions. As I said this is a promo, not a kit, and it's been a long time since I messed around with models, so I'm hazy on scale. I want to fit this one out so it looks mine. I haven't seen any '91-'94 style kits. Are there any out there?
The rears are wider than the fronts as were the 275/40's vs. 255/45/17's.

My uncle builds scale car models for a living. I'll see if he has any sources for these.

Is color important? I assume they come black or chrome...

They will be painted silver if they are not already. Thanks.
The sawblades are also plastic, naturally.
Tires are rubber.

I'll take a look through my collection, but I don't have much C4 stuff.

You could also search eBay for "AMT ZR-1". There's lots of kits and promos on there reasonably priced - you might score one for pocket change.

Oh, and those promos were produced by Ertl I believe, and should be 1:25 scale.

I think with Joe's masterfull hand machining of billet aluminum on other things, he should just make his own molds.

Might take a while with a hacksaw and file.
Oh, I finally did buy a drill press. Should have done that many years ago.

I've got an extra set, but they are out of a Monogram ZR-1 kit, so they are 1/24th scale......if that would make difference.(I really doubt it would be noticeable at all). If you want them, message me a mailing address. I'll send the tires with them.
