The passenger side has a hole in the valve cover with a hose that leads to the throttle body. The rubber gromet that goes in the TB is shot. I can't find one that fits right. Someone told me to put a breather on it but that still doesn't get the air to the throttle body.

Air doesn't go to TB ;
it comes FROM TB port as supply air for the PCV system which exits through PCV valve in drv side cover.
Engine fumes only go back to TB from pass side cover at WOT when no vac in system
If a MAP car breather is no problem
If a MAF car ,breather allows non metered air into engine ( a vac leak )

Are you referring to the hose itself or the grommet in the valve cover? There is no grommet for the TB, it it a metal nipple that extends out of the TB.

You can get a replacement grommet in the help section at any parts store. If you can't find an exact one, get one a size bigger, slice it in the middle and cut out the section needed to make it fit.
