Hope everyone had a nice weekend. It's time to get back to the grind. We have some summer weather here for a change this week with temps in the 90's and lows overnight in the 60's.

Heard on the local news this morning that the Farmer's Almanac is predicting a cold winter this year in parts of the US.

Morning guys....First full week of school here. Mens night golf tonight, the second night of the Mens night individual tourney, so I've donated another $50.

Howdy! It's gonna be a balmy 98 with a heat index around 110-ish, with the emphasis on ish. One of those few days when it's too hot to drive the Vette, at least with the top off. I have a river outing tomorrow - fortunately it will be cooler, only 96 :-P

Back to work with Carlisle still in my head ...

Yah! Good morning to all you too! I'm at work this morning to recuperate from my weekend! It was a blast but now back to the grind. There is so much I wanted to do in Carlisle but didn't get a chance. I guess there is always next year!!!

Well, I just hard from the dealer. My speaker problem is not in the radio or the wiring. There is an internal speaker problem. Replacing both front door speakers along with the scheduled service. Reaching deep into my pocket.

And thus begins vacation. Lots of fun.

Got RR#1 off to school this morning and we are back home. It's a 15 minute walk to school. I laugh and shake my head at all the people I see who are driving their kids and then they turn around and drive back into my subdivision

I plan on fixing the faucet today and maybe tinkering today.

Afternoon everyone. Slammed as usual, but motivated to get the beast ready for NOPI in Atlanta on Sept 21/22. So this past weekend I changed out the ball joints on the front A-Arms and the tie rod ends. All with Moog replacement joints. Alignment happening this week.

Also received my ZFDoc shifter on Saturday, so I got up early this morning and removed the B&M Ripper shifter (took me only half an hour, because the pin came out very easily. Glad I greased it when I installed the B&M). Will put the ZF Doc shifter in tonight... I have high expectations!

Getting ready to head out to the golf course. It's hot here too. 98 when I came home, we don't, however, have the humidity that Marcus and Brad have, our heat index is only 101.

It's....hottttttt here but the N/A's are colddddd....have a good time Tom....hope you do a round in 85...

Weird thing about Floriduh. It's hot and humid but today we only hit 89*, though last week we were running around 95* The humidity is the bear. Put in 10 hours out in the nursery today. I wanted to get all the weeding done. The guys were working on repotting the plants. They left at 03:30. I kept going till I finished. I was done at 06:30 with all my house chores. Now I'm just done .......... Full day tomorrow then wifey comes in on the red eye Wednesday morning at 06:00AM. I got a lot done while she was gone. I have different modes. Right now I've got a full court press going. Getting as much done as I can in as short a period as possible. Have to take advantage of having the energy while I have it. Last month I was dragging.

Summer has made it back around here... worked at the shop today,not much going on, vacuumed and mopped, sent one email, answered three phone calls, greeted one customer in the door, gave a ride to the owner to pick up his truck and gathered up some bolts for a bumper and that was it. Could have came home and sat in the pool at noon but then I'd miss half my pay. Supposed to be back up to 100 here by Thursday.
And those crawley things are back - as in - there's a least one mosquito loose in the house chewing me all over, pecked my feet to hell and I finally smashed him. Probably another one I've not found yet but I'm sure he will find me.
And my cousin in the nursing home has had a room mate in bad shape, that lady passed away tonight - awkward day all around.
